It is also high in potassium, copper, magnesium and iron – giving you a boost in great minerals. Let’s not forget that chocolate is a stress reliever, depression buster and all round feel-good food.
ZUCCHINIS are a very low calorie vegetable, a great source of dietary fibre, antioxidants, vitamins A and C. Naughty in that there’s a vegetable (well, technically it’s a fruit!) sneaked into a cake.
