Selamat Datang to The Midnight Baker® Malaysia! 

I’m Nat and I’ve traded my lab coat for an apron to bring you my “Handcrafted Homemade Tidbits For Tea”.

Biscotti and coffee cakes are my signature healthy bakes, although occasionally I can and do make, what I like to call, my naughty bakes.

My food philosophy is simple: Let the ingredients sing.

This is why baked goodies from The Midnight Baker® are preservative and additive free. Upping the ante further, I put nutritious things into my bakes, like avocados, zucchinis, carrots, fruits, nuts, wheat germ and applesauce depending on the recipe, and all recipes are made with reduced sugar – making the bakes as guilt-free on the waistline as possible (naughty bakes excluded).

You can have your cake and eat it too!

My baking exploits tend to take me into the wee hours of the morning (hence my trade name) because that’s when the children are blessedly asleep. Rest assured, my household is a pet-free one (and come midnight, a “pest”-free one, heh!) so the only one mucking about the kitchen is yours truly.
